Review on 👕 Gioberti Boys' Knitted Sweater in Olive: Stylish and Comfy Pullover for Winter by Bill Garczynski

The sweater is beautiful, well made and fits as expected, but ignore the care instructions on the inside label. It says "medium tumble dry" so I washed it in cold water, tumble dried on LOW (and my dryer is really low) but the sweater came back 2 sizes smaller. I contacted the seller and all they did was repeat their care instructions. I responded by repeating that I was even more careful than their instructions suggested, but the seller simply ignored this second message. Such a great sweater, poor customer service.
