It's easy to use from any device as it has an app available! The customer service team are always quick to respond and help when needed. Nothing really at this time, they do provide additional training material if required however would be nice to see a more in depth guide which could also include video tutorials. I currently don't have any dislikes about Coach Vantage but will update my post once I find anything. We started using Coach Vantage to allow our staff in different locations across Australia to communicate via messenger.
