I've been using these UV00I cables for almost a month now. The two docks I use have 1 HDMI and 2 DisplayPort. I use 1 HDMI monitor and 1 VGA monitor at work and at home so I can use my work laptop in both places. DisplayPort-VGA (monitor) works perfectly and without image loss - no jerking. They also make DisplayPort to DVI cables which I'm sure will work just as well. Cables and connectors are made of very high quality materials and skillfully finished - these are not cheap budget cables. The reason I chose DisplayPort to VGA is because I have a couple of VGA monitors at work. However, my home monitors support HDMI, DVI and VGA. At home, the monitors are connected to the desktop computer with DVI cables. This allows me to use the VGA ports on the monitors for the docking station and my work laptop without having to swap monitor cables. All I have to do is press the display buttons on my monitors to switch from DVI to VGA. When I'm done, I just press the display buttons to switch from VGA to DVI so I can use my home desktop.
