Didn't work at all. I took it well, put some soap and water in the tank, hooked it up to my gas pressure washer and water came out but no soap. So I disassembled the entire valve assembly to inspect. Most of the fittings were finger tight and the o-ring on the valve adjuster was in pretty bad shape. I replaced the o-ring (I run a snow groomer shop at a ski resort). After reassembling the valve assembly and reconnecting it to the pressure washer, there is still no foam. So everything was disassembled again and all fittings checked for leaks with compressed air. The culprit was the main air intake that the intake manifold attaches to, which wasn't drilled at all. Pressurized water could not enter the tank, mix and exit through the nozzle. So I drilled it with the smallest drill bit I had which was 1/16 inch. Now it looks like the hole I drilled is too big and the tank drains the soapy solution very quickly even when closed. it can work. Now it makes a lot of suds but it wastes soap. In hindsight, I should have started with a 1/32" drill bit. But really, I shouldn't have wasted my time trying to fix it. I will be buying another one from another manufacturer, but unfortunately it would be uneconomical to keep this one after payment return shipping from Alaska.
