This is the second tracker I've tried and I really like it don't get me wrong it's pretty cool and definitely does it Fulfill purpose, depending on your needs. I love that it's so small and portable. However, I have a couple of big problems; 1) I put the tracker in "most economical" mode and put it in a rental car, the battery was fully charged but dead and after 1.5 days I turned off the device, although it was connected to a charger was fee tracker. when the cars are running! To be honest it's winter in Minnesota and I thought it wouldn't last the advertised 5 days, but 1.5 days on a charge is kinda sad! 2) The other issue I have is the price, they seem to have 2 different packages and the basic plan is VERY affordable and the cheapest I've seen for 3 years at $99. (UPDATE February 12 - 3-year plan increased to $159.84) **BUT** If you want ride reports, last day's location history, task notifications, etc., you'll need to upgrade to the premium plan, which is listed in the application is displayed. If you click on the services mentioned, this upgrade costs $79.99 per year. The prices are not clear in the listing on Revain or on their website, I contacted customer service for clarification and they responded to my questions within 3 days.
