I'm a size 11.5 (U.S.), but maybe I should have gone for 1 full size larger. They fit decent and have expanded to a comfortable size, but the bottom material doesn't feel that dense. So I just mainly just use them for walking and everyday activities. I afraid of running in them because they might get worn down quicker than your average running shoes. Very breathable!
