The nasstar team are always helpful with any queries we have as they try their best to help us out at all times! They also keep you updated every step along your journey which makes it easy for them when things do go wrong or if there's something that needs doing again in future.
I would highly recommend using this product but be prepared for some teething problems getting used to everything - just make sure you're willing/able to put up with these issues during initial set-up period. It was good having someone who could advise me about what options were available so i knew exactly where my business stood from day 1.

- The team really do go out of their way to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible, from the initial set up to the ongoing support
Cons
- The teething problems you may encounter getting used to the system and how it runs, plus the initial set up issues when you are first starting out
