I really like how easy this is to use, as far being able get new employees quickly onboarded with little training time needed by our people in HR or hiring managers (which we have had issues before). It's also very user-friendly for any applicant who has never used an application system of theirs previously - no complicated menus/clicks etc required which can be confusing if they're not familiar already when doing something simple such us applying online via job applications sites eTCetc.. This saves me having to manually input every single person into each department individually through excel using various fields including date joined dates where applicable; skills / experience that are relevant from my point view & qualifications attained so i know what level someone fits at within their role area without needing manual data entry myself afterwards.-.
