I bought this to get rid of some cables in my car during a long drive; I drive a 3rd gen Prius and there is no suitable place for this mount and I've been trying to get it to work on the main center console...it just wouldn't stay on the slightly curved surface under the weight of the phone. (iPhone 13) on the bracket. I use a Rokform case (bike and motorcycle) and it works fine with the charger, but I had to replace the Rokform magnetic insert with a non-magnetic charging insert to get it to work. I ended up moving the bracket under the center console, but the mounting strap has seen better days (albeit less than a month old) after falling off the top of the center console a few times. I have an email to customer service asking if I can get a replacement band as the new location is (mostly) working. Aside from the 3M tape tearing on uneven ground...which I don't blame the company for...and having to use a non-magnetic connector on my Rokform case...again the problem isn't with the product...it's easily a 5 star Product. I'm sure their support team will take care of me too.
