Works as described. I'm using this to replace my noisy OEM GPU fan and am using the GPU to drive case fans that blow directly onto the heatsink. My original GPU only came with one fan, but with this splitter cable, it can drive both new large fans. All fan functions that come with the GPU driver/software work; PWM, speed monitoring, everything works. I just wish they had an L-shaped connector on the GPU side. Routing the cable was a bit fiddly when the connector is directly behind the heatsink. But this issue is probably specific to each card and heatsink design, so I'm not subtracting a star from this cable.
