Not Suitable for High-Intensity Workouts
Through trial and error I found that these shorts don't hold up well during high-intensity workouts. The fabric is too thin and flimsy, causing constant adjustments and discomfort during my Australian Rules Football training. The only positive aspect is the stretchiness of the material, which allows for a GOOD range of motion. Overall, I would not recommend these workout shorts for anyone looking to engage in intense sports and fitness activities. .
