There is no tech support and doesn't do everything you need!
According to the description, it supports Bluetooth and connects to an app on your iPhone. My iPhone doesn't see it and your application. I wrote to support a week ago. All of their hype surrounding the description of Revain turned out to be false. They don't support almost everything they say. I say almost because it works for "basic" scanner operations. But I also paid for everything else. If I could return it I would!
