There is no tech support and doesn't do everything you need!

According to the description, it supports Bluetooth and connects to an app on your iPhone. My iPhone doesn't see it and your application. I wrote to support a week ago. All of their hype surrounding the description of Revain turned out to be false. They don't support almost everything they say. I say almost because it works for "basic" scanner operations. But I also paid for everything else. If I could return it I would!

great user interface, terrible execution

Firstly I like a lot about this scanner but there are two things that are just unforgivable and I will warn anyone looking to buy an innova scanner over. My biggest complaint is that a PRO-level scan tool that can't read real-time automatic transmission data is a cop. Second, there is no customer service, after a month of trying to get answers, there is no answer from them at all. I also had to update the firmware to get it working at least somewhat correctly and hasn't yet worked with any GM…

Good scanner. good for diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

Good scanner. Works well on my 2006 Honda Accord and 2016 Tacoma. It won't have many (what?) gearboxes and bi-directional airbag support. But for engine codes it works fine in my limited experience. I have some remarks about updating the device: I'm a Mac guy. I have an old win 7 laptop for the garage as it seems the engine tools are mostly supported by the win software. I liked that this scanner had Mac software available. So I get a scanner and the first thing I want to do is update it. I…
