Review on Innova 5160RS Scanner Battery Service by Choice Maynard

Firstly I like a lot about this scanner but there are two things that are just unforgivable and I will warn anyone looking to buy an innova scanner over. My biggest complaint is that a PRO-level scan tool that can't read real-time automatic transmission data is a cop. Second, there is no customer service, after a month of trying to get answers, there is no answer from them at all. I also had to update the firmware to get it working at least somewhat correctly and hasn't yet worked with any GM ABS modules I've tried so far. I have a sub $200 Foxwell that doesn't have any of these issues but does have its own issues. I'm so disappointed with this experience that I hope they fix this issue in later versions of this tool
