I like how it allows me to make changes quickly, without having to send files back-and-forth or waste time waiting for someone who doesn't know what they're doing! It's easy enough that new people can start using right away - no need to be an expert first (which helps with training).

Sometimes there are minor bugs here & there but nothing major so far as we've used this service regularly over several months now. We have been able use sitlabs' services multiple times since launch of our site. Their team has helped us develop and improve functionality across all channels including SEO optimization/content creation through social media sharing campaigns among other things.
