So this is an odd pillow and I didn't know what to expect. There are many ways to "use" it, and you'll have to spin it a few times to see what works for you. It's firm and I wasn't expecting it, but that's what makes it great, the different curves aren't just there to support the neck and head. I usually sleep on my side, but this pillow still allows me to sleep really comfortably. currently! It is great. I recommend airing it out for a full day before using it. And FYI, it fits a regular pillowcase. I asked myself this question before I bought it.
