After I sent the first one back because it wouldn't load, the replacement worked fine. Holds a charge for at least 8-10 hours if not more. I work shifts and can listen to music or talk all day long. I was able to charge it during a 30 minute drive and live the next day. The sound quality is good enough. I'm in a factory, so it's not really going to be sparkling clean. I noticed that it gets a bit blurry at the end of the day. Overall perfect for what I need it for. Ideal for running or working. I didn't use the built-in mic as I attach it to my belt rather than my neck. I've had it for over a month with no problems.
