Review on 🌌 Enchanting Hogwarts Astronomy 3D Jigsaw Puzzle – Enhance Your Exploration by Erik Sanders

This is my second review; Not sure why #1 wasn't posted. This is my second Wrebbit puzzle (also Diagon Alley) and I have some scathing comments about the company's quality control. I was missing a part at Diagon, so I sent it back; Revane answered very quickly; The second puzzle was ok and a lot of fun to put together. The astronomy hall is a mess. Before attempting to put this complex puzzle together, I made sure all the pieces were included. There were 21, repeat 21 missing pieces (double count). There are no complaints about the puzzle itself; the details are strong and the print is attractive; Shipping with UPS was great. However, I can understand the 1 missing piece, but how does a company lose 21 pieces between cutting and packaging? Where is QC? I will order the Big Tower but I will also count the pieces before I start but I highly doubt I will buy any more Wrebbit puzzles. Updated 11/25/19. I received the second puzzle and he counted 875 pieces. However, the puzzle consists of several parts and has additional elements. I also bought the Great Tower puzzle which scored 824 out of 850. Unfortunately, if you don't have Job's patience, I can't recommend Wrebbitt puzzles to anyone. Updated 1/1/20. Happy New Year to all of you. We solved both Hogwarts mysteries. Even with 2 of each puzzle, we were missing 3 pieces in the Great Hall and 2 pieces in the Tower. I'm sorry this is such a problem as the quality of the puzzles is excellent. None of the parts were bent, miscut, misglued, etc., and with the information available online at Wrebbit they came together pretty easily and ended up looking great.
