I have 3c hair. I use it before blow drying. This works very well. I apply a little after blow drying and then a little after ironing. Small things have a big impact. It is easy. For those of us with textured hair, I highly recommend doing it in small batches if applying post-iron. I also suggest that you rub it in your hands a lot until you feel like there isn't much of it left. I say this because if I don't notice it, back arches will occur. Yes, it's light and yes, the smell is pleasant. I think the price could certainly have been lower, so I wouldn't necessarily say it's value for money. You save money compared to Sally.
