I bought this item as a gift for a family member and it was very well received. It's a very well made product and it's true that the company includes extra pieces of blooming cotton to add to it, but the wreath is full enough without the extras. They are not absolutely necessary. The only issues I found was that the cardboard packaging is not very strong and the extra cotton flowers are in a box that is not secured in the center of the wreath when shipped. A small box rotates in the wreath, it must be sealed with tape so that it does not move. My shipping box was also torn and punctured in a few places. This is not necessarily the manufacturer's fault, most likely it is related to the UPS and did not damage the product. I gave it away in the original box but had to tape it to secure it in case my recipient wanted to keep it in the box at other times of the year. Great product, needs a stronger box. The best cotton wreath I have ever seen.
