I wanted to give 5 stars here. I ordered the smallest gem version over a year ago and I absolutely love it! I wanted something I could still wear to work without people noticing since I work with an older audience. It was absolutely perfect! But then fast forward to this week when I bought the next size gem set when I want my nose ring to be more visible and this nose ring fell out 2/3 of the night I slept with it on. I have to take out the other nose rings to compare but it looks like the curved part is not enough to hold it in my nose. It is hard to explain. Quality wise I have a sensitive piercing and have had no problems with it irritating my skin and you get tons of nose rings at a rock bottom price so I still gave 4 stars.
