I opened the box and everything was nicely laid out. Contains 7 sets of pads in three sizes. Headphones the size of an American quarter. I was able to connect them to an Android phone and an iPad. I was able to use the voice assistant on both. The volume and play/pause controls also worked on both. Next/Skip was working on a Pandora app that I was running on Android. There is a booklet with simple instructions for all touch commands. I was on the phone with Android. The receiver reported a clean sound quality. For my part, the nose suppression function worked and the speaker's voice was crystal clear. The headphones were 50% charged and fully charged very quickly. The voice prompt is neither too loud nor too soft. Once put on, these headphones are extremely secure. I have a migraine piercing and have had no trouble wearing it. Since the product was waterproof, I dropped it in a glass of water for about 3 seconds (not recommended). They stayed connected, maintained great audio quality, and could still turn the volume up and down. Since I've been in the water I haven't had any more problems with it. If you wear a thick sweater or are exposed to the rain, these headphones will do the trick! You are worth your money!
