No more fear of spiders

I've been using one of the canopy webs for a few years because I've seen several large wolf spiders in my apartment. I sleep on a down pillow so I'm very low to the ground and just couldn't sleep when I saw the first one. In fact, I heard him walking around the room every night for several months before realizing what the sound was. And when I managed to catch him in the beam of a flashlight, because when you turn on the light he always ran away, that scared me. I had to fight him that night and then I set about 20 sticky spider traps and to my dismay caught 6 more in a week. (I haven't had a problem since. Random sneaks in and is immediately trapped the first night. They sneak in through the tiniest of openings under the doors leading out and also hide in the door crack, waiting for someone come open them at night, and then they scurry in.) So the traps plus some cotton wool in the bottom corner of the door kept the menacing spiders away, but not the fear that something would crawl on me when I'm trying to sleep. The mosquito net solved this problem, but it had serious disadvantages. 2 large slits on opposite sides that I had to poke under the sheets as best I could. But input and output would expand them every time.2. I can't hang anything from the ceiling so I hung the trellis on the wall and it looked pretty bad. If I had known then that THIS net tent existed, I would have bought it with a canopy instead of the loose net. What I love about it is that I can put duvets and pillows in, zip it up and be fully protected from all sides and not have to try to hold things together and hope nothing slips through the open spots. The last few nights after buying it, I've slept better than I've slept in years because I don't flinch when something tickles or touches me. Now I know if that happens it's okay because nothing can get inside the tent. "The way it was packaged and stored is amazing because it takes up very little space in a cloth bag. It's a flat circle that could fit in a large duffel bag. So it will work if I wants to travel with it Those of you who travel to tropical countries and have ever encountered a hotel with spiders or other insects can imagine how different you would feel if you knew that nothing at all could land or crawl on you in your sleep would work if you had to set the tent up on the mattress and sheets and then put a second sheet on the mesh floor of the tent and then pull pillows and a blanket in. The only thing I doubt is that whenever I zip it up close I'm a little concerned that the seam might rip because it's made of mesh It's a well built mesh tent but due to the nature of the mesh I'm always still a bit nervous in May that it may happen. If that happens, I'll patch it up and use a different entrance. Hopefully before that happens I get a lot of use out of the tent. Update April 8, 2019: The tent is still in perfect condition, zips etc. If you're the type of person who ever hears a noise in the bedroom and pulls the sheets up to his chin and thinks it might be a mouse or a bug , you should get one of these because you'll sleep better.
