This is my first experience with one of these neck fans (I think it's a fairly new idea) but I definitely have no issue with it. My wife and I went to Los Angeles Rams practice and the sun was predicted to be beating down that day. I decided to try one of these and I'm very glad I did. I'm pretty prone to heat exhaustion, and the thought of a constant breeze blowing around my neck sounded pretty divine! After receiving it I opened the box and tried it on - it fit really well. Switching on by pressing the right end was very intuitive. You just keep pressing to cycle through the modes (off/low/medium/high) and it was almost silent! A big plus was that my wife used it very confidently and didn't get her hair tangled thanks to the ventilation strips that let the air out.
