The arrival of a faulty equipment in the SC converted the New Year's present into unneeded hassles. Purchased in advance to be given as a New Year's Eve present. The verdict is "no," and we will not be bringing the item back after its 45-day repair. Worst customer service I've ever had from a vendor. I would not suggest this vendor. In addition, I will view Amazon with suspicion after making this transaction.
