I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I got this in the mail 2 days ago. I used it immediately. I work at a deli/bakery and this is so much better than the $200 airbrush at work. It arrived in perfect condition with perfect ventilation, a 4 flower cake and instructions. The cake I used it on turned out beautiful and I would definitely recommend this product! I used this product on the horn and ears of this cake (I painted the ears with the kit paint and the horn was painted in gold which I bought separately)
