How could such a bad product be made?

I got it on pre-order, the phone came after it went on sale in a retail network. The phone keeps freezing, the software ate did not help. The phone is assembled from cheap materials, you can feel it at the first touch. The phone got very hot at the first start, it is not possible to use the phone normally due to freezing and spontaneous reboot.
Verdict, cheap (not for small money), with unstable work. Acquaintance with Samsung did not work with pre-order. Now I'm thinking about how to pass this junk.
