Works and fits as intended.

I have used the same Tstat 3 times on my Tundra. It has never failed, but the Tstat replacement is part of the water pump and timing belt replacement. It's just good insurance to change it during that 90,000 service. Fits perfectly and works reliably.

Pros

ENGINE THERMOSTAT WITH GASKET REPLACEMENT: The thermostat controls engine temperature by controlling coolant flow. Symptoms of a bad or broken thermostat: high temperature and engine overheating; low temperature readings and overheated engine; the temperature changes randomly; Coolant leak around the thermostat housing or under the car. You can find your car's thermostat by starting at the top radiator hose and following it to where it enters the top of the engine.
