Very satisfied with product, excellent customer service

I like that it not only handles transactions but also prints reports to be sent out as required by law - which they do automatically without me having input any data myself! It's very easy-to use once you understand how everything works (which takes no time at all) so we are able get up & running quickly after new staff join us or when there has been an upgrade of hardware etc We don't really dislike anything about profit maker; however our previous software was far more flexible than PM can ever hope achieve because its much easier if one person wants access from home/mobile phone compared other systems where everyone needs full admin rights even just opening accounts!!

Pros

The flexibility is great, being in UK makes life nice with most things possible within reach for both my colleagues down here plus family back across seas via Skype ! Great reporting function too.I mean what accounting system doesn’t these days? Lacking options could make job slightly difficult sometimes though..and some limitations around importing into excel sheets would certainly help them improve this aspect further..maybe next year...sigh!!!!
