is a well made beautiful product. exquisite stitching, buttons. but I just can't get enough support to be upright and comfortable. I don't know if my height (size 18-20 for women) is the problem. Saw size XL/Husband not available. I've tried many, many study pillows, as we called them. As I got older, they became more and more uncomfortable. I try not to buy another chair. But you might have to. I bend down like a worm and keep sliding until I'm lying on my back. HELP!
