Feels good in the hand, the weight is perfect for the size, just over 30 cm long. The handles have a nice feel and are almost ergonomic, although I usually wear gloves for any outdoor work. I'm not a big fan of throwing tomahawks just because if you miss you not only have to go after him but also just holster your weapon/tool. I have several years of hand-to-hand combat experience as a Martial Arts Instructor in the Marine Corps as well as 10 years of tactical experience abroad and this is definitely a tool I would like to have with me. I've been working on increasing the holding power so I can carry it securely without the buckle snapping so I can pull it out much quicker when I need or need to. I wear this thing every time I go into the woods with full confidence that I am being taken care of. So I left all my big blades at home except for my edc cold steel tanto which always stays at home in my right front pocket. love this shop. That's all
