Mounting bracket on the lamp body is careless. There is no way to tighten it. My guess is that over time things will deteriorate to the point where they will fail; especially in the field. It's a shame because otherwise I'm really impressed with these lights. Considering the price, I'll use them until they fail. Put them on my BMW R1200GSA. I really notice the difference between the old clear/white lights and these new yellow ones. Without a doubt, the bike is much more "visible". Great safe product.
