The team is very experienced with all aspects of FPGA development that include hardware design - they know how to find solutions for your problems! They are also always happy to help you out if there's anything we can do better or more efficiently as an organization; I've never felt like someone was pushing their own agenda over mine when working here at TPAC.
Nothing really comes up too often where it becomes difficult/annoying but this could be because my colleagues work so hard (and have great ideas!). In some cases, not being able to use certain third party libraries requires us hiring support from outside vendors who charge exorbitant fees just for them using our library without providing any additional value. This isn't ideal since these external resources don’t provide much benefit other than saving time which would otherwise go into developing inhouse tools rather then licensing said products / code base etc.
