Like it but not - I'd give it a 3.5

Pros: *Multiple packaging and colors for a multi-animal family *Tear off *Overall good quality *Good fit *Good price Cons: * The reflective tape comes off yourself easily. Half of it came off the collar within a few days of putting it on. I want to love her, but I have a hard time feeling love when I want to change collars so quickly.
