Arrived very quickly and came in its own 'jewelry' box. There is a strong smell of glue when you open it, but if you let it air out the smell goes away pretty quickly. This was to be expected. The chic factor on this collar is just unreal! Great conversation starter. People stop to ask for it all the time. Extremely light so she actually prefers to wear it and doesn't try to take it off like all collars of the past. I've had this collar (believe it or not) longer than any of their more expensive collars. Very durable. It wasn't supposed to get wet but she doesn't listen and it still looks as good as the day we got it, no damages!
