The thing is great, I love the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner works really well, you can vacuum your hard floor and then make a pass with a mop! Great device, works very well! one button for vacuuming, another button for releasing an aqueous cleaning solution. It comes with two pads and a charger and lasts a long time on a single charge. The pads are good, reusable, stick to the bottom, after which they can be thrown in the washing machine. The vacuum cleaner works very well and the filter is very easy to clean. The water tank works very well, throwing water exactly where you want it to hold enough water for cleaning. It is lightweight and easy to use while cleaning. It penetrates well in some fairly tight spots. My only complaint is the quality of the grip, not sure how long the neck of the device will last, I hope for a long time, I really like it, if it were more sturdy I would give it five stars as I love this device, but I'm afraid it won't live long, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it does because it's a great system. I hope they are working on strengthening the neck of the device as it would be ideal if they did. Still a great combo.
