First time honestly wasn't that hard lol never
I'm a kombucha fanatic and usually pick it off the shelves all the time. I ordered this starter kit and here is my first batch. So far so good... The directions were pretty easy and I can see a healthy top coat forming. It's a bit difficult to get warm in the winter, but I threw it on the fridge and it seems to have helped. I look forward to trying this. I think this set will pay off after the first batch!
