The circuit board is incorrectly laid out.
LEDs won't turn off. The circuit board connects ground for both the charge light and the brake light. The truck light has constant voltage but its ground only takes effect when the switch is turned on, but since the brake light's ground is always active and connected to the truck lighting system, the LEDs can never be turned off. Load and brakes must be separate chains.
