Works very well! The sound quality is around 80%, you must not increase the volume too much, otherwise the sound will sound the same, but will be distorted. The main thing is comfortable! The metal clip on the transparent speaker is a bit sharp and rough, it's hard to find a good place to attach it, and it's riveted so removing it is only one option. The cable length is good, the mic/pto is in the weird middle. Period, you're going to be a little limited as to where (front clamp/rear clamp) you can place your radio, where your mic and headphones are visible, you can't slide it back to the front of the radio with PTT in the middle. Overall I'm happy with it! This satisfied my curiosity, came with a spare pad and works! Thanks very much!
