Review on 🐱 Rogz Catz Small Alley Cat Safeloc Breakaway Collar - Adjustable, Reflective, 3/8-Inch by Pat Allen

We used it with pet tag and food bowl to keep diabetic kittens away from cat food. Kat knocked him down several times so we turned the difficulty to the highest. The cat threw off the red difficulty selector (found the collar but not the selector) and the collar was very easy to remove. I gave 2 stars as it does what it says on the tin, comes off and doesn't harm the cat. We switched to a collar with an elastic segment ("CollarDirect cat collar, cat collar with elastic band”). He hasn't figured it out for a month, so let's hope he's given up. He uses his automatic feeder and the diabetic cannot get his dangerous food.
