Review on πŸ”§ Essential Sticks Small Projects Decoration, Car Repair Tapes, Adhesives & Sealants: Find Effective Solutions by Peter Sullivan

I tried out some new glue guns and... well.

My last one was more like a "thick stick" with colored glue sticks and in NO WAY regulated the heat! It wasn't even that hot, so the glue bubbled up and went cold a second after putting the pen on the paper. This one looks like the glue sticks are an unconventional size, and even though I made sure it was fully charged via the USB cable, it still didn't have enough juice to evenly heat the glue. I think we handymen NEED a glue gun made more like a power tool with a removable rechargeable battery like my Ryobi drill which shares an 18V battery with some of my Ryobi tools (weed trimmer, leaf blower, saber saw, oscillating Saw). .). You get the idea - I think a glue gun battery can be the size of a digital camera battery. Just unplug it, charge it, plug it back in and you'll get the power you need. Not sure if the USB socket charges, but it's clearly not powerful enough for this glue gun. This could be a good glue gun - make sure it uses regular glue sticks and find the best way to heat it up.

Pros
  • Diameter: 11mm Length: 200mm Make sure they are compatible with your glue gun.
