I just had the misfortune of purchasing personal care items from PRITECH's online store, and it was a complete nightmare. Finding the things I was looking for proved to be a frustrating experience due to the website's complication and difficulty in navigation. I finally placed an order, but I couldn't believe how long it took to arrive. My order didn't come for several weeks, which was much longer than the website's promised delivery time. Even worse, the company's customer service was appalling. I contacted the company to ask about the delay, but the person I spoke with was unpleasant and unhelpful and provided no solutions. Overall, I had a really bad experience with PRITECH. To anyone looking for high-quality personal care goods and dependable customer service, I would not suggest this online company.
