These are of course "tablecloths" but I use them in my photo studio as curtains that can serve as a background when the light is neutral. from the ceiling or for product reviews or as a table top and for product photography/videography. Gray is best as black can cause overexposure and white can cause underexposure. They do have wrinkles, but a quick wash and then hanging to dry will reduce them significantly. The fabric has a slight "shine" but I wouldn't call it "shiny". The price is not lower and they are long. enough (102 inches) to drape ceiling to floor with room to overlap/fold at ceiling. They are also good for darkening a window. If you need to control the light, simply fold the fabric in half and you're good to go. .OK, it's a tablecloth and that's what it's good for, but it's not. i use them I definitely recommend them and will buy them again.
