Due to the narrow mount (generally good) there is not enough space to install or mount the strike plate. I can't even put it in, let alone padlock it (on a 60 inch TV). Without a lock, however, it's a decent, solid mount and the TV is likely to be mounted as close to the wall as possible. receive
