Topper exactly as described. Don't take my 4 as a negative for the quality of the product. I have given my body 2 months to get used to a different mattress topper, unfortunately I am buying a replacement mattress topper. Then I wake up with back and joint pain. I will look for a firmer and less soft topper (comfort with support). If you want 4 inches of cool softness without support, this topper is for you 😁
