I like that it has an option to create your own personalised ring with up to 4 characters of initials or names for use as a wedding band, engagement rings etc. This can be especially useful when you are buying gifts online - so easy! It's also good because if there was ever any damage done to my ring (which thankfully hasn't happened yet) they will replace them without question, which really helps me feel more comfortable about wearing expensive jewellery. The website could do with some improvement though; not all parts work correctly at times. Some sections don't seem very user friendly either. If you want something customisable then this service ticks most boxes but sometimes things just go wrong/don't function properly. We have been using them since we got engaged last year. Their customer support team always gets back straight away whenever anything goes awry and their after sales services are second-to-none too. I like how easy it is to use, and how much information you can get about your customers by using their names. The customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this software to anyone who needs to track their contacts. It's great for getting an overview of who you're contacting. You can also see how long they've been in contact with you. This helps me know when to follow up with them.
