Fails after seven months

This WiFi card is perfect for my Thinkpad E575. Excellent price. Then, seven months later, it failed. I have tried contacting Netely through Revain and also via email. Their website says they reply to emails within 24 hours. It's been three days and I still haven't received a reply. I will consider another manufacturer if I find one. 09/01/2020 Thank you
