left and right button pads did not initially stick

Left and right button pads have SERIOUS sticking problems. From their very first initial installation, they DEPLOYED NOTHING. I've searched for a full 30 minutes to contact the seller regarding this but I can't see any contact information anywhere. It's a huge disappointment to have a brand new accessory that can't even be properly attached to begin with. Maybe my delivered item was defective, maybe not, but unfortunately as there is no way to contact them about this there is no way to find out. I will update my review if the manufacturer/seller tries to contact me regarding my issue.
