Works as intended, it feels weird on my ankles, but obviously because it’s my first time using one, be careful of the placement though, I ran a 1 mile in it and the back of my heels got blisters and I never had blisters there before. Also I suggest taking out weight and starting slow/low if your a first time user, it hurt for about 10 minutes in on a practically slow run and days later my left thigh hurt ALOT. I haven’t used it since the first time because I was gone for a few months but if I try again it’ll be with less of the bags inside it.
