I like how simple this product really was in implementing, very little training needed! You can set up your templates so when you get an email from someone they are notified of what future date/time their message will go out (if not already scheduled!). We didn't have any issues with our system as there were no quirks or problems while using for about two weeks before we implemented into production use within my team - but only because things worked well enough without needing modification!! The free trial version doesn’t include all features such push notifications which would help us manage those messages better if used alongside other tools more suited towards scheduling tasks across multiple users). Automating sending weekly newsletters helps keep everyone aware even though people might forget otherwise :) Notifications do provide reminders too once received via e-mail notification versus having them pop right away upon clicking link provided by sender.
